As we do when we manufacture all our Iberian sausages, the key to quality lies in the selection of the best Iberian pork meats. In addition, in the case of 100% natural sausages, we choose to stuff them in natural casing, which allows them to preserve all their excellent properties even better. Once the sausages are stuffed, they are dried naturally and cured very slowly in our cellars, which have the ideal characteristics for the products to finish the manufacturing process while maintaining the highest quality. In this way, we achieve that the most distinctive feature of our 100% natural sausages is a very intense aroma and flavor as a result of the elaboration process that we have explained and in which the use of artificial aromas, colorants and preservatives is excluded.

Our whole Iberian sausage stuffed in natural casing made with 100% natural ingredients without allergens, without colorants or nitrates, only with the best Iberian meats and a special marinade made from nutmeg and natural flavorings.
