Information to be taken into account when receiving your order

Please note the following instructions when you receive your order:

1) IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK THE GOODS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY IN FRONT OF THE CARRIER: You must check the good condition of the packaging to rule out damages or losses in the same since, once the delivery note has been signed, the transport agency will be exempt from assuming any claim on the damages that the goods may have suffered during the transport.

2) IF YOU NOTICE ANY ANOMALY IN THE PACKAGING OR LACK OF PRODUCTS, YOU MUST INDICATE IT ON THE DELIVERY NOTE, BEFORE SIGNING, SO THAT IT IS RECORDED BEFORE THE TRANSPORT AGENCY AND IN CASE YOU HAVE TO MAKE ANY LATER CLAIM. If a product arrives with damaged packaging and no record of this has been left on the delivery note, the transport insurance will not assume any responsibility for any damage that the product may have, and therefore CESAR NIETO GROUP will not be able to assume the incidence.
