Our industry actively intervenes in the region working with local suppliers and offering employment in a region with few resources, revitalizing the rural environment of the area. We act as a tourist attraction, attracting visitors who are looking for the original Iberian ham.

Free pigs

Our pigs are raised free-range, on our farms in the countryside, in optimal conditions and in compliance with the highest European animal welfare standards. We are adhered to the National Plan for Antibiotic Resistance (PRAN), which prohibits the use of drugs in a preventive manner. Our commitment is to always employ veterinary techniques oriented to good animal handling, hygiene and feeding practices.
