FRENCH OMELETTE WITH SLICED IBERIAN HAM SHOULDER

Ingredients:

Eggs size M

Sachet of 100g of machine-sliced Iberian Paleta de cebo ibérica

EVOO

In this case the number of eggs will depend on the person, but our recommendation is 2 medium eggs per omelet for an adult person. Once the Iberian shoulder envelope is opened, cut the slices into strips and set aside. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add the freshly sliced paleta strips.
